Kriyaka Terms and Conditions

1 Introduction

Welcome to Kriyaka. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Kriyaka ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Kriyaka platform — including the website at kriyaka.com and the Kriyaka mobile app — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all games, promotions, payment transactions, and support interactions on the Kriyaka platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Kriyaka platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To register and play on Kriyaka, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Kriyaka does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for personal use.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Kriyaka employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Kriyaka platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

Kriyaka reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any amounts already withdrawn.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one Kriyaka account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. Kriyaka may request supporting documents to verify this information at any point. Failure to provide verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

• You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You must notify Kriyaka support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Kriyaka will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel.

4 Deposits

Kriyaka accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may trigger additional verification checks.

Deposits are credited to your Kriyaka account in real time in the vast majority of cases. In rare instances where a deposit is delayed due to a payment provider issue, please contact Kriyaka support with your transaction reference number and the issue will be resolved promptly.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted.
• Kriyaka does not charge any fees on deposits. Any charges applied by your mobile banking provider are outside Kriyaka's control.
• Deposited funds are held in a segregated account and are not used for operational purposes.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within 5 to 10 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Before your first withdrawal, Kriyaka will ask you to complete identity verification. This is a one-time process that typically takes less than 24 hours. You will need to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and confirm your mobile banking account details. Once verified, future withdrawals process without additional checks for standard amounts.

• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered in your own name.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Kriyaka does not deduct fees from withdrawal amounts. What you request is what you receive.
• Kriyaka reserves the right to request additional verification for unusually large withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Kriyaka offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are displayed at the point of claiming. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the terms attached to that specific offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all Kriyaka promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be completed using real-money bets. Free spins and bonus bets do not count toward wagering requirements unless explicitly stated.
• Kriyaka reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If Kriyaka determines that a player is abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other method — the bonus will be cancelled, associated winnings forfeited, and the account may be suspended.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any uncompleted wagering requirements after the expiry date will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account.

7 Game Rules and Fairness

All games on the Kriyaka platform use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG is independently tested and certified to ensure that results are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including Kriyaka itself.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published on the game's information page. These figures represent the actual configured RTP, not a theoretical maximum. Over a large number of rounds, the game will return approximately the stated percentage to players as a group.

• Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system. Kriyaka cannot reverse a completed game round.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
• Kriyaka is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules. Game rules are available within each game before play begins.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific game provider. Kriyaka's general terms apply in addition to provider-specific rules.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Kriyaka platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Creating more than one account on the Kriyaka platform.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud on deposits.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Kriyaka reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct that Kriyaka considers harmful to the platform or other players.

When an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email or SMS. The investigation will be completed within 14 business days in most cases. If the investigation finds no breach, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and balances may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Kriyaka support. Any verified real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 3 business days.

10 Privacy and Data

Kriyaka collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at kriyaka.com/privacy-policy. By registering on Kriyaka, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Kriyaka will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors and identity verification providers as necessary to operate the platform, and only under strict data processing agreements. All data is stored securely and encrypted at rest and in transit.

11 Responsible Gaming

Kriyaka is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to all players at no cost, accessible directly from account settings:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Session time reminders and automatic session time limits.
• Cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Permanent self-exclusion, which takes effect immediately upon request.

12 Limitation of Liability

Kriyaka provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform is available and functioning at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Kriyaka will not be liable for losses resulting from:

• Temporary platform downtime for maintenance or technical issues.
• Delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Loss of internet connectivity on the player's side.
• Force majeure events outside Kriyaka's reasonable control.

In all cases, Kriyaka's maximum liability to any player is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time of the incident. Kriyaka is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

13 Changes to These Terms

Kriyaka reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, Kriyaka will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Kriyaka platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
